SkySoft Announces New Casting Information for Sherwood

  • Janelle Garcia will now take on the lead role of Raven
  • Jade Vourkari will join the cast and take on the role of Scarlett

SAN DIEGO, California, Nov. 7, 2019 (SkyWire) -- SkySoft announced today that Janelle Garcia will now be the new lead for the upcoming series Sherwood and will take on the role of Raven. She is portraying the character after Sheana Turner had to step down. The role Garcia was originally going to play (Scarlett) will now be played by Jade Vourkari. Garcia and Vourkari will have worked together now on three SkySoft productions, and have both resonated strongly with fans of Fox for portraying empowering female characters.

Vourkari joins castmates Monroe Hayden, Daniel Andrade, Jacob Maciel, Hunter Tabiendo, and Kealoha Nakamura in this new take on the classic Robin Hood story, written and directed by Hayden.

Sherwood premieres on www.skysoftentertainment.com on July 4, 2020.
